Other News: It has become obvious that the scale stock car bodies are following along the "ultimate" trend. The minimum body length for NASCAR style bodies will become 8" at mid year 1999. Complete body parameters for all classes will be in the new Manufacturers Handbook to be available soon. There will now be written  measurements to use for  future scale type racing bodies. This option is not mandatory, but allows the racer the choice. In  addition, this allows everyone to plan their inventory and production plans well in advance.
Designed to be more racer friendly and parts changing easier.
